The facade of the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia building retains elements of nineteenth-century decoration, while the interiors, now completely changed, were considered at the time a success of Liberty architecture, an example of this is still the hotel Hall which preserves the distinctive traits.

The building was initially thought to be used as civilian homes, but entrusted to the excellent work of one of the most important architects of the early 1900s, Giovan Battista Comencini, it later became a luxury hotel.

Completed in every detail and delivered in its current form in 1906, it has been appreciated for over a hundred years by writers, musicians, actors and protagonists of the twentieth century.
